"Working with Tiffany was extraordinarily informative. The work she is able to do is both healing and transformative. I went from constant low back pain, hip pain, and pelvic pressure to only pelvic pressure (with the tools to ease that on my own). With just a few sessions, she was able to help correct my internal pain as well as give me suggestions for tools moving forward. She was gentle, kind, and discreet." – Victoria
What We Do
- Full 1-hour sessions working with Dr. Tiffany each & every session. You will never be treated by an aide or in conjunction with other patients. This provides Dr. Tiffany quality time to thoroughly assess and determine the best individual plan of treatment for you.
- We strive to find the “Why” of your symptoms in order to find lasting relief.
- Holistic Approach - Many times we must look outside the pelvis to effectively treat pelvic conditions. You can expect to have a thorough whole-body approach to your care.
"Pelvic floor therapy is a relatively new form of PT and hardly anyone is trained in the way Tiffany is. They say over 80% of women have some pelvic floor dysfunction. Don't live with yours! I can't recommend Tiffany highly enough!"- V.N.

What To Expect
Comprehensive, full-body Initial Evaluation:
We start by listening to your story and asking questions about your medical history and current complaints. Then we perform a head-to-toe assessment looking at posture, alignment, range of motion, strength, functional movement assessments, and pelvic floor assessment when warranted.
Calm the Storm:
We strive to relieve symptoms as quickly as possible. We understand the human body is complex, so we spend this time determining the true source of your condition.
Build Resiliency:
Once your symptoms are improving, we want to ensure you have lasting relief. In order to do this, we must progressively build resiliency within your body to support proper function.
"The service provided by GOAL PT is OUTSTANDING! I have multiple issues, all of which my therapist addresses at every session. My therapist designed a program of treatment specifically tailored to my needs and adjusts it as needed! I highly recommend GOAL PT."-K.V.
